Where do we ship?

For the time being, Lollybands ships hair accessories within South Africa Only.

Does my order come with tracking?

Yes, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We use Postnet to Postnet delivery for the most reliable and cost-effective method of shipping of our hair accessories. We will soon be converting to a more convenient courier service so as to get your order delivered straight to your door. Hang in there!

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Electronic Transfers (EFT), Zapper and Cash Payments (only on local pick-up’s).

Can I combine coupon codes?

Unfortunately, coupon codes cannot be combined. One promotional code or offer per purchase.

How do I care for my scrunchie?

For cleaning, each style can be a bit different, but in general we recommend spot cleaning as needed. If it is really dirty you can hand wash in lukewarm water and lay flat to dry.

When is National Scrunchie Day?

Believe it or not, there is a national scrunchie day which is the 16th of April. Keep your eyes out for some coupon codes and/or giveaways during this time!

Are scrunchies bad for your hair?

No. In fact, a correctly made scrunchie protects your hair against breakage and kinking. Not to mention the fabric provides an additional layer of protection.

Are scrunchies good to use while sleeping?

Yes, for reasons such as preventing hair breakage and kinking, scrunchies are a great way to protect your strands while you sleep. We recommend using Satin Scrunchies when sleeping to avoid creasing or kinking of your hair.

Do you offer wholesale options for salons, spas and boutiques? How can we stock Lollybands in our store?

Yes, we are always grateful for new stockists! Email kayla@lollybands.co.za with “Wholesale” in the subject line so we can discuss potential wholesaling opportunities.

Do you make custom orders?

Birthdays, Bachelorettes, Wedding Parties, Special Events, you name it! If you have a request for a custom order, please email kayla@lollybands.co.za so we can make it happen!

I saw a scrunchie on your Instagram but I can’t find it anymore. Will you be restocking previous scrunchies? 

Yes, and no. There are times when we sell out of a style and try to bring it back but the fabric is discontinued. This just means you need to act fast when you see something you like! 

When will my item ship?

Shipment processing times are generally within two to five (2-5) business days of order placement. In the event of a processing delay caused by unexpected circumstances beyond our control, notification may not be provided as shipments will be processed as quickly as possible (i.e. inclement weather, busy seasons, etc.). Your patience and understanding during these times is greatly appreciated!

 What is your turnaround time?

Usually, the minimum turnaround time on a smaller order takes 2 days to complete once payment has been received. Larger orders may take longer to complete, however, we will notify you if we think that your order will take a little longer to get to you.
